Ingredients

Mini Cherry Cobbler

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • Whip cream for garnish, optional

Snack Mix

  • 4 cups rice chex cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate coated candies
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 package (16 oz) vanilla almond bark

Other:

  • Fruit – Strawberries, Blackberries, Red Raspberries, Blueberries
  • Yogurt Dipped Pretzel Twists
  • Yogurt Covered Raisins
  • Skewers – Rice Krispie treats, strawberries and store bought brownies

Instructions

Mini Cherry Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Place 6 – 4 oz mason jars on a baking sheet
  3. Divide cherry pie filling into mason jars
  4. In a small bowl, combine together brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon until well combined
  5. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl, mix butter into oat mixture until crumbly
  6. Add crumble to top of cherry pie filling
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and cool slightly – add whip cream to top if you like

Snack Mix

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except almond bark and mix well
  2. Melt almond bark in a microwave safe bowl, heating 1 minute, then stir, then continue heating for 30 seconds at a time until pieces are almost melted. Stir until completely melted.
  3. Pour over snack mix and mix to coat
  4. Pour onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
  5. Let set about 15 minutes to harden, then break into pieces

To create board

  1. Start with large board, using one with edges will be the easiest
  2. Place cherry cobbler on first
  3. Add piles of snack mix
  4. Then fill with largest items in first
  5. Then add next largest items
  6. Add another section of medium size items
  7. Fill holes with smallest items
