- 10–12 Jalapeno Peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (or if you like a little more heat try Jalapeno flavored cream cheese
- 6–7 slices of bacon, cut in half
Instructions
- Begin by slicing each jalapeno in half lengthwise, then removing the ribs and seeds. (If your or your guests like things a little on the hotter side keep a few seeds in)
- Using a butter knife, fill each jalapeno with cream cheese and wrap in a slice of bacon. A toothpick will help ensure the bacon stays wrapped but not necessary
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon
