This no bake strawberry jello pie is the perfect dessert to bring to any potluck or picnic during the hot summer months. It is light as a feather, cool, fruity and hey…. who doesn’t love jello?
This no bake pie is as simple as desserts get. And we make it even simpler by using a store bought graham cracker crust. If you aren’t a huge fan of strawberry jello, then use raspberry or any other flavor you want.
This pie takes some time to set up so be sure to give yourself a few hours to let it set or, even better, make it the day before.
