SIMPLE No Bake Strawberry Jello Pie

SIMPLE No Bake Strawberry Jello Pie - #4thofjuly #patrioticfood #partyfood #dessertrecipes #partyrecipes #simplepartyfood

This no bake strawberry jello pie is the perfect dessert to bring to any potluck or picnic during the hot summer months.   It is light as a feather, cool, fruity and hey…. who doesn’t love jello?

This no bake pie is as simple as desserts get.  And we make it even simpler by using a store bought graham cracker crust.   If you aren’t a huge fan of strawberry jello, then use raspberry or any other flavor you want.

This pie takes some time to set up so be sure to give yourself a few hours to let it set or, even better, make it the day before.

How to Make a Jello Pie

Full Printable recipe and instructions below

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin then add ice cubes to cold water
  • Add whipped topping
  • Stir in chopped strawberries.
  • Spoon filling into crust, and chill for 6 hours or overnight.

Once the pie is completely chilled the fun part is decorating it.   Spoon some whipped cream into a piping bag, or ziplog bag, and squeeze out a few dollops along the edges and in the center.

Top with blueberries and sliced strawberries.
