Ingredients

- 6–12 Eggs (eggs cook best in a single layer, so this will depend on the size of your Instant Pot)
- Ice
- Cold Water
Instructions
- Place rack in bottom of Instant Pot – add 1 cup of water.
- Layer the eggs in a single layer.
- Set timer for 5 minutes on manual setting (*see notes for additional cook times)
- Cook then manual release at 5 minutes.
- While eggs are cooking, prepare ice bath by adding ice to a large bowl and filling with cold water.
- Immediately add eggs to ice bath – this step is important.
