Just hearing the word mimosa will invoke images of Mother’s Day, a summer brunch and bridal showers. Bright and beautiful sunny days, a relaxed atmosphere and Spring flowers popping up.
Mimosas are a classic pairing of ¾ of a sparkling wine or champagne and ¼ freshly squeezed tangy orange juice served in a long beautiful champagne flute.
While you can always stick with the classic version, we decided to add just a tad of Grand Marnier. To make the mimosa, simply fill a champagne flute ½ way with champagne and top with orange juice and a splash of Grand Marnier.

- 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne
- 3 cups orange juice
- ½ cup Grand Marnier
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl and serve in champagne glasses garnished with a slice of orange
