  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 45 skewers 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Small Mozzarella Balls (Pearl Sized)
  • 8 ounces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 ounces Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces Pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces Marinated or Jarred Olives
  • 2 ounces Fresh Basil Leaves (about ½ cup)
  • Fresh Rosemary, for garnish
  • Crackers or Baguette for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. These instructions are just a guide– your antipasto wreath will look great regardless of how you assemble the skewers so don’t stress!
  2. To assemble the skewers, carefully pierce a small leaf of basil, an olive (or mozzarella ball) a piece of salami (or pepperoni) and a cherry tomato with a toothpic. Mix up the skewers, they don’t have to be identical.
  3. Lay the skewers in a circle around a platter, making sure to leave a hole in the center.
  4. Once you’ve finished assembling all of the skewers, garnish the wreath with any remaining basil. Add some sprigs of rosemary to really enhance the “wreath” look.
  5. Add a large bow to the platter if desired.
