Did you know that National S’mores month is in August ….with the official S’mores day being August 10? Well we can’t let this beautiful holiday go unnoticed can we?
Everyone knows the traditional way to eat a S’more is with a graham cracker, a square of chocolate and a roasted marshmallow! Super simple and very easy to pull together at any backyard bonfire in the summer.
But did you know that you can even make a “charcuterie” board with all the toppings for a S’more! Well, sure you can. And we’ve even taken the weather out of the equation by making a melted chocolate and marshmallow dip just in case your S’mores party gets a little soggy.
HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER:
Start by hitting the store and getting anything S’mores related. Here are some of our key players, but this Charcuterie board is certainly limitless.
The usual suspects:
- Graham crackers (regular, cinnamon and chocolate)
- Marshmallows (regular size)
- Hershey’s Chocolate bars
Additional:
- Reese’s peanut butter cups, Kit Kat bars, Milky Way bars (bite size if possible, otherwise slice the candy in thin pieces)
- Cookies
- Nutella
- Bananas
- Peanut butter, jelly
- Fruit (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Cookies (Thin mints, Keebler fudge sticks, fudge stripes)
- Whoopie Pies
NEED SOME SMORE (get it? some more ….) IDEAS?:
- Classic – Graham cracker, chocolate bar and marshmallow
- Peanut Butter Lovers – Graham Cracker, Reese’s peanut butter cup and marshmallow
- Strawberry and Chocolate – Graham cracker, sliced strawberries, white chocolate and marshmallow
- No Mallow– Graham Cracker, Chocolate Bar
- Cookie Butter – Graham cracker, peanut butter, marshmallow
- Girl Scout Samoa – Graham cracker, chocolate spread, toasted coconut, marshmallow
- The Elvis S’more – Graham cracker, peanut butter, banana (maybe a little bacon, hmm?)
- Snickers S’mores – Graham cracker, snickers bar cut in half or bite sized, marshmallow
- Kit Kat S’mores – Graham cracker, Kit kat bar, marshmallow
- Nutella & Banana – Graham cracker, Nutella, Banana, chocolate and marshmallow
- PB&J S’mores – Graham cracker, peanut butter, jelly, marshmallow
Treat your friends and family with this enormous spread this summer! There is something for everyone, not to mention it’s is a SHOW STOPPING display of pure bliss !

- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers
- Graham Cracker Sticks
- Chocolate Crackers
- Cookies – Chocolate Chip, Fudge Stripe, your favorite
- Moon Pies
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Bars
- Cookies & Cream Chocolate Bars
- Peanut Butter Cups – the thins are easiest for S’mores
- Chocolate – white chocolate, chocolate raspberry, your favorite
- Strawberries
S’MORES DIP:
- Chocolate Chips – about 1-2 cups depending on the size of your skillet
- Marshmallows
Instructions
S’MORES DIP:
- Preheat broiler
- Add chocolate chips to skillet
- Cut marshmallows in half and place on top of chocolate chips, fitting them closely together
- Place under broiler 3-5 minutes, watching closely so the marshmallows don’t burn
HOW TO CREATE THE S’MORES BOARD:
- Start with large board, using one with edges is easiest
- Place S’mores Dip on first
- Add larger graham crackers and marshmallows
- Then add the next largest items
- Add another section of medium size items
- Fill holes with smallest items
- Serve immediately
